IRI has also published a Hand Book containing notes for the guidance of the IRI members for Transfer/Award/Up-gradation to Grad IRI/ AIRIA / AMIRI/ MIRI/ FIRI.
The Governing Council considers the applications of deserving candidates for up-gradation, forwarded by the Branches, every year.
